1. Recipient Details
   When ordering a Gift Card, please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Jynx cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and the Gift Card is used by someone other than the intended recipient.
2. Use with Promotions
   Additional offers, discounts, and promotions at Jynx do not apply when redeeming Gift Cards.
3. Refunds & Amendments
   Gift Cards cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded. No change will be given if the Gift Card value exceeds the transaction/order total.
4. Balance & Multiple Use
   Gift Cards can be used more than once, provided there is remaining balance. If the order total is less than the Gift Card value, the unused balance will remain. To check your balance, please contact us directly.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
   Jynx is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
6. Expiry
   Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They must be used within this timeframe. The expiry date will be shown on the email and Gift Card. Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended.

Body Piercing Bookings

1. Eligibility
   To avoid disappointment, recipients must meet the criteria outlined in our Body Piercing Booking FAQs. This includes minimum age requirements, health conditions, and other factors that may restrict safe piercing and healing.
2. Making a Booking
   Bookings for body piercings or jewellery changes must be made in advance via our Book Now page.
3. Piercer’s Discretion
   All piercings are anatomy-specific and determined by the piercer. If a piercing is not suitable, an alternative piercing or purchase option will be offered.
4. Cancellation Policy
   Jynx operates a Cancellation Policy, which can be viewed here.

• Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduling more than once within 24 hours, will void the Gift Card.
• In this case, the Gift Card balance will be used as the cancellation fee in line with our policy.
