Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?
We do accept walk ins however we also recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred time and avoid waiting, especially for more complex piercings.
How old do I need to be to get a piercing?
For most piercings, you need to be at least 16 years old. Certain piercings may require you to be 18+. Anyone under 18 will need parental consent, and valid photo ID is required for all clients.
How long will my piercing take to heal?
Healing times vary depending on the piercing location and how well it’s cared for. Earlobe piercings usually heal within 6–8 weeks, while cartilage and other body piercings can take several months. We’ll give you full aftercare advice to help speed up the healing process.
Do you use a piercing gun or a needle?
We only use sterile, single-use needles for piercings. This method is safer, more accurate, and causes less trauma to the skin compared to piercing guns.
