Pay in 3 Installments
Spread the cost of your purchase into three interest-free payments. Simply use your preferred credit or debit card, and payments will be taken automatically every 30 days. Your first payment is collected when your order is confirmed, followed by two more at 30 and 60 days.

What if i make a return?
Once we’ve processed your return at JYNX, Klarna will update your statement and adjust your balance. Be sure to follow our returns policy, keep your return tracking number, and log into your Klarna account to select “Report a return” so your statement is paused until everything is confirmed.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Do I still need to pay?
No—you should never pay for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please get in touch with us at contact@jynxpiercing.co.uk and also select “Report a problem” in your Klarna account. Your statement will be paused until we’ve resolved the issue with you.
How long will my piercing take to heal?
Healing times vary depending on the piercing location and how well it’s cared for. Earlobe piercings usually heal within 6–8 weeks, while cartilage and other body piercings can take several months. We’ll give you full aftercare advice to help speed up the healing process.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
If your delivery hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at contact@jynxpiercing.co.uk for an update. You can also log into Klarna and select “Report a problem” to pause your statement until your order is with you.
My statement doesn’t match my order
If something looks wrong on your Klarna statement, please email us at contact@jynxpiercing.co.uk so we can correct it. Don’t forget you can also pause your statement in the Klarna app by reporting the issue.
What happens if I miss a Pay in 30 days payment?
Pay in 30 days is a credit product, so you’ll need to make sure payment is made to Klarna by the due date. Missing a payment could result in late fees and may affect your credit record. Klarna may also share details of late or missed payments with credit reference agencies, which could make borrowing harder or more expensive in the future. Please see Klarna’s terms and conditions for full details.
What if I miss a Pay in 3 instalment?
Pay in 3 is also a credit product. Payments are collected automatically from your chosen card, but Klarna will send reminders before each due date so you can make sure the funds are there. If a payment fails, a late fee may be applied under Klarna’s T&Cs.
