SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
With regret, Jynx Body Jewellery no longer ships outside of the UK. Unfortunately, the complications with customs, export processes, and unpredictable delays have made it unworkable for us. We apologise for the inconvenience and recommend checking for an APP-approved jewellery distributor in your own country.
We are pleased to offer FREE UK delivery on all orders.
Delivery services are allocated as follows:
Orders over £120
Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery – fully tracked and signed for.
Delivery is typically the next working day after dispatch (Monday–Thursday). Orders dispatched on Fridays are scheduled for Monday delivery, although Royal Mail often delivers on Saturdays.
Orders under £120
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 – fully tracked with signature confirmation.
Delivery is usually within 2 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery timeframes exclude Sundays and UK public/bank holidays.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
STOCK STATUS & LEAD TIMES
Delivery times depend not only on Royal Mail, but also on current stock availability.
Items held in stock are typically dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm Tuesday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
To offer a wide variation of premium brands and designs, some pieces may be sourced directly from our trusted suppliers. Lead times for supplier-sourced items can vary — some arrive within a few days, while others may take longer depending on the manufacturer.
Certain brands also create pieces to order, which naturally extends fulfilment times. If your item requires an extended lead time, we will contact you directly via email with an update as soon as possible.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once shipped, delivery depends on the service chosen at checkout and the recipient’s location. For example, Standard Tracked 48 should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. Please note: weekends and public holidays (e.g., Easter, Christmas, Bank Holidays) will affect delivery estimates. Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been shipped. On occasion, these may be filtered into Junk/Spam folders.
TRACKING & MISSING PARCELS
All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Royal Mail considers an item “lost” only after the following timeframes have passed beyond the estimated delivery date:
UK orders: 7 working days
If your parcel has not arrived within this period, please check the tracking link regularly before contacting us. If the parcel is still missing after the official lost timeframe, contact us at sales@jynxbodyjewellery.co.uk or call [insert number], quoting your order number. Lost orders will either be replaced or refunded.
⚠️ Please note: Missing items must be reported within 30 days of the order date. After this, Royal Mail will not investigate, and we cannot process replacements or refunds.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED ITEMS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is entered correctly and in full. If Royal Mail returns a parcel marked “address incomplete”, a new postage fee will be charged to resend it. Refunds in this case will only cover the order value, not postage costs. If Royal Mail leaves a collection notice, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the stated timeframe. If the order is returned to us as “Retention exceeded – Returned to Sender”, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
